2010 Jaguar XKR175 Limited Edition

Accomplishing seventy-five years in the automotive industry is something to be proud of and Jaguar is making no bones about celebrating their diamond anniversary with a slew of special editions fit to awe anyone who lays their eyes on them. We have already seen the 2010 Jaguar XF V8 75th Anniversary, the 2010 Jaguar XK Coupe 75th Anniversary Edition, and the 2010 Jaguar XKR 75 Special Edition. Now, Jaguar is bringing yet another celebratory special edition model, and this one is based off the Jaguar XKR 75.

At this weekend’s Pebble Beach Concours, Jaguar will be unveiling the special edition XKR175. This special edition will be limited to 175 units (15 of them allocated for the Canadian market), each carrying a price tag of $104,500.

The new XKR175 will be powered by a supercharged V8 engine that will deliver 510hp and 461 lb-ft of torque. Top speed will be increased to 174 mph. This special edition will be distinguished by a revised aerodynamic package that includes a new front air dam, new side sills, a new rear diffuser, and a larger rear spoiler. The classy look of Jaguar will be maintained with new 20-inch Kasuga 10-spoke alloy wheels, red brake calipers, and an Ultimate Black exterior paint.

The interior of the Jaguar XKR175 will get door sill tread plates reading "XKR175 – 1 of 175" while the leather is finished in Warm Charcoal with Cranberry stitching. The look will be completed with Piano Black wood veneer.
