2011 Ford Harley-Davidson F-150

Before Orange County Choppers, there was Harley Davidson, and while Paul Sr. and Paul Jr. duke it out as to who is the fairest of them all, Harley Davidson is and will always remain the American motorcycle manufacturer. That being said, Ford has chosen to dress up an F-150 in full HD design.

The 2011 Harley-Davidson F-150 will get a new standard 6.2-liter V8 engine that delivers a total of 411 HP and 434 lb.-ft. of torque. It provides an improved maximum trailer towing capacity of 9,300 pounds. "This engine has tons of torque and already has been proven in the field with both the F-150 SVT Raptor and Super Duty," said Mike Harrison, V8 engine program manager. "The exhaust for the Ford Harley-Davidson edition has been specially tuned to feature a throaty V8 rumble customers will love." The engine can be equipped with a SelectShift Automatic transmission.

The exterior of the 2011 Ford Harley-Davidson F-150 will look a lot brighter with its six-bar-shaped billet-style satin chrome grille and "Harley-Davidson" satin chrome badging. It will also come with 22-inch forge wheels in black or silver and will sit lower thanks to the standard, fully integrated deployable running board.

The interior of the F-150 will see plenty of technological upgrades, including a voice-activated Navigation System, a 4.2-inch productivity screen, power moonroof, and Remote Start System. The interior trim panels will be dressed in Tuxedo Black paint while all of the interior chrome components will have a premium stain finish. The Premium leather-trimmed seats and console lid come with handmade cloisonné badges that are manufactured by the same company that makes badges for Harley-Davidson.

The 2011 Harley-Davidson F-150 is the perfect truck for any true HD fan, but, be careful, this truck is going to cost you. Last year’s model was almost double the price of the standard F-150.
