2010 Peugeot RCZ 24H

Peugeot will enter the ADAC Nurburgring 24 hour race with a racing version of their newest addition to the line-up, the RCZ Coupe. The race is scheduled for the weekend of May 15th-16th, the same weekend that Peugeot celebrates the bicentenary of its manufacturing adventure.

The Peugeot RCZ 24H is powered by a 2.0 l HDi FAP engine developing 200 h.p. and will be racing in the D1T category (Diesel engine between 1.7 l and 2.0 l cc). We doubt that will be enough to compete against Porsche who has dominated the 24H race for the past four years. From 2007-2009, Porsche has competed with their 997 GT3 hosting a 3.6L flat-six engine and producing 415hp.
